Good Attendance... Good attendance will increase your hostess credit. The more
guests you have, the higher your party sales will be. I will be sending out the
invitations for you. Be sure to get your guest list to me within 2 to 3 days so I can
commit the party date to you. I will mail the invitations out 7-10 days before your
party. Also, the actual invitation will make your guest aware of the details of your
party. The when and where but it will never take place of the personal invitation from
you! So make sure you talk about your party, call them a week or so before the party
to personally invite them and to get their RSVP. Let them know you are excited and
tell them how much fun they are going to have. Over invite!! 1/2 to 1/3 of the people
invited will be able to attend. So plan for that to happen. Invite as many people as
you can think of and let them know we would love for them to bring friends with them.

What I need from you on party day...
My Display... Have a table available for my display center. The
table should be the size of a card table or large coffee table.
Please place the table in a location that will provide your guests
with a view of the display if possible. You may want to place it In
front of the TV if we are in your family room because all the
furniture is usually facing the TV already! I have a table cloth and
will bring it with me.
Ordering Room... All ordering is done confidentially. I will need a
separate room for this. You may not think it will be a big deal to
most of your guests if they order in front of others, but you never
know who will feel uncomfortable with everyone knowing their
business. It is helpful to have an outlet and phone jack for my
credit card machine in the room. If not, we can improvise, so don't
worry!! I will bring inventory to your party. Hopefully everyone will
go home with their order. I accept cash, checks and credit cards.
Be sure to tell your guests to bring their money with them so they
can go home with their purchases the night of the party. And just
so you know, my average orders are between $75 and $150.

know they aren't old enough to know what is going on, but it IS the LAW and it
makes myself and others uncomfortable discussing some of these things even
in the presence of an infant. Please make sure this rule is followed or we will
not be able to conduct the party. IDEA: If you and other guests need a sitter,
share one and split the cost!
All orders will have sales tax and a shipping and handling charge.
The order may be filled the night of the party but I will still need to order the
product to restock my inventory.
All orders are final. We do have a warranty and any defective merchandise
can be exchanged with the same item but I cannot take returns because of the
nature of our product.
