		How I got started in the "Romance Party" business...

In March of 2003 I was invited to attend my first "romance party." At first, I didn't even want to attend. That night, I was
shocked to see how much fun and how tasteful and educational the party was.

I was always a good student and even in high school I knew that I wanted to become a midwife or work in the NICU or
labor and delivery. I earned a Medical Assisting degree while still in high school and started planning college. I got a
job working for the State Health Department at W.I.C and learned a lot about working with women and the issues that
surround them. The clinic was always busy and I loved the job.

Eventually I found myself, in love, and starting a family. From the moment I became a mother I knew I wanted to stay
at home. My career and aspirations to become a midwife were put on hold. At the time I knew I would go back to
college when my children where all in school.

I remember having to go back to work when my oldest son was very small. Like many young couples, my husband
and I had a hard time making ends meet. Then one day my oldest son came home from day care and proudly
announced to me that he knew his ABC's! I realized that I had nothing to do with teaching them to him. I really just
wanted to be a stay at home mom. To teach my children, to nurture them. So I decided being a "Work At Home
Mom" could work for me. I tried everything from stuffing envelopes to Amway.

Nothing worked out, nothing held my interest and certainly nothing ever paid very well. UNTIL NOW!!

After that first "romance party" I became intrigued with the idea of working from home, working with women and, as a
mother of three, getting out of the house and having some fun was certainly a bonus.

I did some research and decided Party Gals was the company for me. Within a month I had purchased my Party
Gals kit and was on my way to making my dreams come true. I couldn't have hoped for anything better!!

		My style...

Parties... As a trained Medical Assistant and having an opportunity to work with women in that position I have
always been interested in educating myself about womens health issues, anatomy as well as enviromental issues
that effect us.

I have educated myself about issues commonly faced by women and couples in regards to intimacy and sexuality.
I am constantly researching, reading and learning. I try to make my parties the best you have ever attended. I offer
extremely helpful tidbits of information, wonderful tips and tricks, fun sexual innuendo, games and information about
our products benefits and functions. I am also very good at reading my crowd and forming my presentation around
your comfort level. Naughty or nice, I am your Party Gal!

Leadership... As my team has grown I have been extremely pro-active to learn as much as I can on leadership.
The more I do it, the more I realize it is my nitche. I am constantly taking online and teleseminars offered by the top
trainers in the home party plan world. I also listen to many success and motivational audio courses. Some of my
favorite mentors have been Tony Robins, Zig Ziggler, Dale Carnegie as well as direct selling guru Karen Phelps. I
have developed a system to help my team be as successful as they want to be. I also have one of the fastest
growing teams in Party Gals and certainly one of the most successful!

		My success with Party Gals...

My first year I did pretty good, consistently doing parties. It wasn't hard to get bookings. Then I had an
opportunity to go to our yearly convention, March Blast. I brought back a bulk of knowledge and an excitement to
really succeed. My bookings increased along with my sales. It took me a year and a half to recruit my first team
member. The rest is history!
Career time line.. Kim's Party Gals Business History and Achievements:

		April 2003: Became a Party Gals Romance Specialist. Achieved #78 top distributor in the nation.
		2004: Achieved #7 in the nation for sales and became a member of Party Gals Presidential Panel.
		Recruited my first team member.
		2005: Crowned "Recruiting Queen" for being the #1 recruiter for the company. Recruiting more women
		than any other distributor in the history of Party Gals. Achieved #6 in the nation for sales. As well as another spot as a member of Party Gals Presidential Panel. Earned a bonus check of $11,000. Traveled around the nation to share my knowledge with other Party Gals distributors.
		2006: Achieved #9 in the nation for sales and #2 in the nation recruiter. Earned a free cruise to Mexico for
		my husband and I. As well as a fabulous trip to Laguna Beach with the owner of our company. I traveled to states such as Colorado, Pennsylvania and Nevada to train other distributors.
		2007: Achieved Leadership Council and #2 in the nation recruiter. In August I took my husband on a trip I
		earned for free to Hawaii.
		2008: In September my husband and I will be going on a trip to Cancun that I earned for free. I will also be
		going on a Carribbean Cruise with other Party Gals in August. I am working hard to reach my goals for this year. Stay tuned, it is just the beginning of my successful business with Party Gals!

		What a reward - Presidential Panel ...

Being a member of Party Gals Presidential Panel
has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my life. It is
fabulous to know that I really have a say in the company, products,
policies and tools. So many of my ideas have actually been
implemented. Not only that, but it gives me great pride to teach
others how to be successful.
I get lots of other perks and benefits too!!!
Like being shuttled around in a limo, taken to the finest restaurants,
having spa days and truly being treated like a Queen. The perks
